Grandma & Grandpa came for a visit mid April and we all had a really good time with them. We spent some time on Coronado Island (on the beach) on Friday then early Saturday morning Brian and Don went on a fishing excursion from San Diego Bay. They brought home 18 fish! They really had a great time!

Sunday we relaxed at the pool. It was really hot that day, in the 90s!

We had planned to leave for DisneyLand Monday morning and spend the day there. Both of my kids are usually up between 6:30 and 7:00 am and NEVER sleep in when I really need/want them to. Well this particular morning they both slept until about 8:30!! I even went into Ashlyn's room and first whispered "DisneyLand", then said it at a normal volume, then finally yelled it. She slept through my entire attempt.

Gabe had wandered into our bedroom around 6am and started on the bed but I guess he thought the floor was more comfortable. He slept really well down there!

We had a great time and can't wait to see Grandma & Grandpa again in July when we visit Utah.
